* Twin Pines Pet Services accepts checks, PayPal, and credit cards (via PayPal invoicing).
For services other than training:
- Additional fees may apply for: 3+ pets, location, every other day visits, challenging pets, and combining services.
- Additional fees of at least $15 per visit apply for cleaning beyond normal (1-2 small accidents).
- An initial consultation is always free as is one key drop off. There is a small fee for additional consultations, key pickups, and drops offs.
$10- $15 applies to each visit on:
- Any visit before 8:00 AM OR at/after 8:00 PM.
- Holidays (New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, & "Black Friday").
- Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Christmas, and New Year's Eve only ($15)
If fees are expected to exceed $100 (e.g., vacation care), fees are due BEFORE the start of service. Otherwise, fees are due upon completion of service. For regular weekly clients, fees are due at the end of each week of unless otherwise arranged with me.
Inactive clients (seven months or more since last service) are subject to current rates and the availability limitations of new clients.
